Assembly method of spindle of nc machine tool
Nc machine assembly is a highly technical activity, which requires professional assembly personnel to conduct assembly. The assembly method of its spindle is as follows:
1. Before assembling, each part must be cleaned with gasoline to prevent dirt from entering into the body and affect the accuracy and life of the spindle;
2. Assembly sequence is opposite to disassembly sequence;
3. For the spindle with spacer sleeve, the spacer sleeve should be provided when the new bearing is replaced. The tightening force of the bearing should be tested to ensure that the parallel difference between the two ends of the spacer sleeve is not greater than 0.002mm;
4. The bearing assembly shall be pressed into the housing on the shaft by the pressure machine. Hammering on the bearing is strictly prohibited;
5. After the completion of the electric spindle assembly, the protruding end of the main shaft should be flexibly and without any gap or stuck, and the spindle should beat according to the requirements. Then, the mounting machine should be tested according to the test procedure of the new shaft from low speed to high speed.
