Installation requirements of fine carving machine guide rail
The reference guides are respectively located: Y axis reference guides are on the left side of the base, X axis reference guides are on the front of the beam and Z axis reference guides are on the left side of the hanging plate.
The guide base plane is located at: the guide base plane of Y axis X axis is the shoulder plane, while the one side in the groove and the Z axis is the outer side.
Guide orientation and fixation: the direction of the arrow is marked on the guide rail, indicating the reference surface, that is, the side of the arrow should be installed close to the reference surface.
Fixing screws for guide: screw M5*20(400, 600T), screw M6*25(cutterhead machine), all of which are slightly locked before adjusting and correcting during each assembly period (short guide is locked from one end to the other, and long guide is locked from the middle to both sides in turn).
